SpecChem App Privacy Policy

The SpecChem mobile application (the “Application”) is provided by SpecChem (“we,” “us,” or “our”) as a free service to contractors, engineers, distributors, and professionals in the concrete industry. • Precise and approximate location data (with your permission) used to deliver location-specific tools and services (e.g., sales rep lookup, weather, VOC compliance).
• Device details: IP address, operating system, and browser type.
• Usage data: Screens visited, tap activity, scrolls, and session time.
• Diagnostic data: Crash logs and error reports for improving app stability.

Note: No personal identifiers such as name, email, or contacts are collected automatically by the app.

How We Use Your Information

• To deliver core features of the app, such as product search, sales rep matching, and environmental compliance tools.
• To personalize tools and suggestions based on your region.
• To monitor app performance, usage trends, and detect issues.
• To send optional service notifications, if enabled.

Push Notifications
