Target turns to SpecChem during construction of new retail center

W.L. Bulter Construction and Toneman Concrete partnered to construct a new Target Retail Center in Santa Clara, CA. Toneman Concrete preformed the tilt phase of this project and consulted SpecChem for their chemical needs. After taking into considerations the performance and environmental requirements, it was decided that SpecChem Cure & Seal WB would used to cure the slab and SpecTilt WB would be applied to the casting beds as a reactive bondbreaker coat.
