- Non-shrink formula ensures a secure and durable bond.
- Pourable consistency eliminates the need for rodding, chaining, or vibrating.
- Ideal for patching floors, walls, and cracks in concrete structures.
- Will not rust or corrode iron, steel, or aluminum.
- Stronger than concrete in one hour.
- Meets ASTM C-1107 standards.
- Expands as it sets for superior anchoring performance.
Application
- Substrate Preparation:
- Ensure concrete is at least 28 days old and fully cured.
- Clean holes thoroughly to remove debris and dampen with water.
- Use appropriate flat washers for bolt size.
- Mixing Instructions:
- Interior Applications: Add 1/2 quart of clean potable water per 5 lbs. of Rapid Rock and mix to a smooth, flowable consistency.
- For smaller batches, use 3.2 oz. of water per 1 lb. of Rapid Rock.
- Adjust water to achieve desired consistency for plastic applications.
- Application Process:
- Pour Rapid Rock around the bolt or anchor, slightly above substrate level.
- For exterior applications in standing water conditions, protect the material using one of two options:
- Cone the top surface around the anchor to prevent water pooling.
- Seal the application with an exterior-rated sealer 7 days post-installation.
