Crystal Shine SC
High-Gloss Lacquer-Based Sealer
Crystal Shine SC is a lacquer sealer designed for both interior and exterior applications. It enhances the radiance and luster of exposed aggregate and other decorative concrete surfaces while providing a durable protective finish. Crystal Shine SC protects concrete from dirt, staining, de-icing salts, and other liquid contaminants. VOC-compliant in OTC, LADCO, MRPO, and SCAQMD regions.

Application
Surface Preparation
- Concrete must be clean and free of standing water
- Remove any sealer or material that could prevent adhesion
Fresh Concrete
- Apply at 250–350 sq. ft./gal with a sprayer (pump-up or airless industrial recommended)
- Roller application possible with a short-napped, solvent-resistant sleeve (avoid bubbles)
- For extra high-gloss or porous surfaces, apply an additional coat at 400 sq. ft./gal
- Allow 1–3 hours or until dry-to-touch before applying a second coat
Existing Concrete
- Thoroughly clean and dry the surface
- Pressure wash with a strong alkaline detergent (do not use acids)
- Worn or porous areas may require a second application
- Allow 12 hours between coats
- Multiple thin coats (300–400 sq. ft./gal) provide a harder, more durable finish than a heavy coat
- Dry time depends on temperature and humidity
