High-strength solvent cleaner
Xylene is a clear, colorless, flammable, high-strength solvent formulated specifically as a thinner and clean up material for resin-based compounds. Xylene has a greater solvency strength (KB Value) than SpecChem Solvent 100 or mineral spirits
- Ideal for equipment and tool cleanup, especially for quicker cleanup of epoxy and urethane compared to Aromatic 100.
- Effective as a troweling aid for epoxy mortars.
- Offers superior thinning properties and cleanup efficacy for acrylic and other resin-based curing compounds.
- Can be used to thin 100% solids epoxy coating systems, though users should check Federal or local VOC regulations before thinning.
