Application

Application Instructions:
- Coverage: Pave Cure WW is ready to use without the need for dilution. It can be applied using a manual sprayer, power sprayer, or paving train, ensuring even coverage without puddles at a recommended rate of 200 square feet per gallon.
- Timing: For new concrete, apply Pave Cure WW once the surface water has evaporated and the concrete can be walked on without damage, ensuring a uniform coat.

Shelf Life
Pave Cure WW should be stored in its original, sealed container and can last for up to one year from the manufacturing date. Avoid contamination with water or dirt and exposure to temperatures over 100°F. If the product freezes, consult SpecChem for guidance.
Test Data
- Moisture loss when applied at 200 ft²/gal: 0.345 kg/m², below the test requirement of 0.55 kg/m² max.
- Reflectivity: Greater than 60%.
Standards
Pave Cure WW meets ASTM C309, Type II, Class A, AASHTO M-148, Type II, Class A standards, and VOC emission requirements (EPA limit < 100g/L). It is formulated to meet specific state and CRD C 300 specifications.
Cleaning
Immediately clean tools and equipment with water after use. Use SpecChem Solvent 100 or a suitable cleaning solvent for removing cured or residual material from sprayers.
