LithSeal Lite

Low-solids lithium silicate concrete sealer/densifier

LithSeal Lite is an economical lithium-silicate sealer, densifier, and hardener designed for concrete surfaces. It deeply penetrates cured concrete, reacting to form a calcium silicate hydrate that enhances the concrete’s properties. Treated surfaces will be more resistant to abrasion, less porous, and better protected against dusting and water permeability, while maintaining a breathable quality and the concrete’s natural appearance.

  • Economical and Ready-to-Use: Simplifies application processes without additional preparation.
  • Enhanced Surface Quality: Reduces porosity and dusting, increases abrasion resistance, and does not alter the natural color of the concrete.
  • Environmental Benefits: Contributes to potential LEED credits, VOC content is 0 g/l, making it an environmentally friendly choice.
  • Versatility: Suitable for both new and existing concrete surfaces.
  • User-Friendly Application: Can be applied with a low-pressure sprayer, followed by spreading with a soft broom or microfiber applicator to ensure even coverage.

    • Fresh Concrete: 500-800 sq ft/gal
    • Existing Concrete: 250-700 sq ft/gal, depending on the finish
  • Drying Time: Typically 1-2 hours, allowing for quick return to service.
  • Application Conditions: Apply in temperatures from 40°F to 100°F.

Final Finishing

  • Maintenance: Regular maintenance increases hardness, durability, and sheen.
  • Buffing Recommendations: Use an orbital floor machine or high-speed propane burnishing machine with appropriate pads to enhance sheen and gloss.
