Application
Bio Strip WB, a 100% natural organic and chemically reactive release agent, ensures quick and easy release from forms while leaving a bondable concrete surface ideal for architectural applications. Suitable for use with plywood, steel, aluminum, polystyrene, and fiberglass forms, it not only prevents concrete buildup on equipment but also protects metal formwork against rust and cleans and reconditions forms. Apply Bio Strip WB using a sprayer, brush, or roller to achieve a thin, uniform coating. Avoid ponding or puddling. Application rates vary by material, from 1,500 sq ft/gal on steel, plastic, and fiberglass to 750 sq ft/gal on rough sawn lumber and striated plywood.
Mixing Instructions
Before use, stir Bio Strip WB slowly and thoroughly to ensure uniformity. Use slow-speed mixing equipment to avoid creating foam or bubbles.
Packaging
Available in 275-gallon totes, 55-gallon drums, and 5-gallon pails.
Shelf Life
Bio Strip WB maintains its effectiveness for one year from the date of manufacture when stored in its original, tightly closed containers.
