25% solids solvent-based cure & seal

Cure & Seal 25 is a VOC-compliant, non-yellowing acrylic polymer engineered to cure, seal, harden, and dustproof freshly placed concrete while enhancing the wearability and durability of aged concrete surfaces.

Application

  • Ready-to-use formula; do not dilute.
  • Best applied with a sprayer or roller for uniform, thin coverage.
  • Apply two thin coats rather than one heavy coat, avoiding puddles.
  • Apply Cure & Seal 25 as soon as surface water has disappeared and the concrete surface will not be marred. Apply in a uniform coat. For added sealing protection and durability, a second coat may be applied at 400 sq ft/gal.

Packaging

Available in 55-gallon drums and 5-gallon pails.

Shelf Life

Maintains a shelf life of two years from the date of manufacture when stored in original, tightly closed containers, free from contamination.

Coverage

Coverage rates vary depending on the application:

  • Curing: 300-400 sq ft/gal
  • Dustproofing and Sealing: 400-600 sq ft/gal
  • Aged Concrete: 400-600 sq ft/gal
  • For dustproofing and sealing, apply two coats at 500 sq ft/gal, doubling the rate on broom or rough-finished surfaces.

Standards

  • Meets ASTM C1315 Class A and ASTM C309, Type 1, Classes A & B. Complies with EPA VOC emission limits (< 700 g/L) and is USDA accepted.
