LithSeal Lite
Low-solids lithium silicate concrete sealer/densifier
LithSeal Lite is an economical lithium-silicate sealer/ densifier/ hardener for concrete surfaces. LithSeal Lite deeply penetrates and reacts with cured concrete. This reaction produces a calcium silicate hydrate within the concrete pore. Treated surfaces will remain breathable, reduce porosity, reduce dusting, reduce water permeability and increase abrasion resistance. When properly applied, LithSeal Lite will not leave the whitish blush characteristic of other sodium silicate products.
LithSeal Like is USDA Accepted and recommended for ACI 302. Class 1 through 5 concrete floors, and class 9 super flat floors.
- Reduce application costs with one step low pressure spray application
- Reduce dusting, porosity, water permeability.
- Improves abrasion resistance, light reflectance and gloss.
- Deeper penetrating then conventional silicates.
- Breathable, can be used interior and exterior.
- Fast-curing. Ready for traffic in one hour for most floors.

Application
- Surface Preparation: Apply only to clean surfaces free of cures, bond breakers, oil, dirt, and debris. For existing concrete, clean with SpecChem products like Orange Peel or Berry Clean, neutralize, and thoroughly rinse.
- Application Rates:
- Fresh Concrete: 500-800 sq ft/gal
- Existing Concrete: 250-700 sq ft/gal, depending on the finish
- Drying Time: Typically 1-2 hours, allowing for quick return to service.
- Application Conditions: Apply in temperatures from 40°F to 100°F.
Final Finishing
- Maintenance: Regular maintenance increases hardness, durability, and sheen.
- Buffing Recommendations: Use an orbital floor machine or high-speed propane burnishing machine with appropriate pads to enhance sheen and gloss.
Packaging
- Available in 275-gallon totes, 55-gallon drums, and 5-gallon pails.
