Modified emulsion coating
Max-A-Seal WP® is a latex-modified anionic emulsion designed as a waterproofing coating for various applications. This product offers excellent waterproofing capabilities on asphalt, metal, wood, masonry, and foam surfaces. It is especially suitable for exterior below grade or between slab applications.

Application
Max-A-Seal WP® can be applied using a brush, squeegee, or spray equipment. For effective coverage, apply 60 mils wet to achieve a 40 mils dry coating. The material should be applied uniformly, ensuring no translucence on the surface. It is easily sprayed with equipment such as a Graco GH833 Siphon Pump, using a 1/2” hose and a GHD 661 Spray Tip. In-line filters should be removed when spraying.

Shelf Life
- Shelf Life: 1 year from the date of manufacture when stored in the original, tightly closed container.
- Storage: Do not store at temperatures exceeding 110°F.

Cleaning
- Clean up with soap and water for personal hygiene before the material dries.
- For tools and equipment, use SpecChem Orange Peel, a citrus-based cleaner.
