Pave Cure Rez White – Concrete Guard 
One step high-solids white pigmented water-emulsified, resin-based concrete curing & weather proofing compound
Pave Cure Rez White – Concrete Guard is a high-solids water-based, dissipating resin-based white pigmented concrete curing compound. When properly applied, Pave Cure Rez White – Concrete Guard forms a continuous membrane that controls curing for strong and durable concrete. Pave Cure Rez White – Concrete Guard is a water-based blend of pure silane and pure siloxane designed to cure and seal fresh concrete. The white pigment reflects the sun’s rays to help keep the concrete surface cooler and to prevent excessive heat buildup.
- Protects against spalling and deterioration of concrete caused by de-icing salt
- Reduces shrinkage; retains moisture to reduce “plastic shrinkage cracks”
- Improves durability; proper curing will increase the life of concrete

Application
- Surface Preparation: Should be applied to new concrete as soon as the surface water has disappeared and without damaging the concrete surface.
- Application Rate: Apply uniformly at a coverage rate of 200 sq ft per gallon to avoid puddling.
- Curing Properties: As the resin membrane dissipates, it leaves the concrete protected and highly resistant to moisture and damaging salts.
Packaging
- Available in 275-gallon totes, 55-gallon drums, and 5-gallon pails.
Shelf Life
- Store in original tightly closed containers in a cool, dry location. Avoid prolonged exposure to heat in excess of 100°F. Shelf life is one year from the date of manufacture.
Test Data
- Moisture Loss: 0.345 kg/m² when applied at 200 ft²/gal, well below the maximum requirement of 0.55 kg/m².
- Available in 275-gallon totes, 55-gallon drums, and 5-gallon pails.
Standards
- Meets ASTM C309, Type II, Class A & B, AASHTO M148, Type II, Class A & B, and F.A.A. Item P-610-2.11 (e) for airport paving.
Cleaning
- Clean tools and equipment with water immediately after use. For cured or residual material, use SpecChem Solvent 100 or a suitable cleaning solvent.
