Pave Cure Rez White – Concrete Guard

One step high-solids white pigmented water-emulsified, resin-based concrete curing & weather proofing compound

PCRW – Concrete Guard is a high-solids, water-based, dissipating resin-based white pigmented concrete curing compound that effectively forms a continuous membrane to control curing for strong and durable concrete. This product, designed to cure and seal fresh concrete, utilizes a blend of pure silane and pure siloxane to enhance moisture resistance and durability against damaging salts. The white pigment reflects the sun’s rays to help keep the concrete surface cooler, minimizing heat buildup. Suitable for exterior horizontal surfaces such as highways and airports, this product meets the U.S. EPA’s VOC content limits of 350 g/L.

  • Moisture Retention: Reduces plastic shrinkage cracks by retaining essential moisture during the curing process.
  • Durability: Increases the lifespan of concrete by providing a protective layer that enhances resistance to spalling and deterioration from de-icing salts.
  • High Reflectivity: Reflects sunlight to reduce surface temperature and prevent excessive heat buildup.
  • Environmental Compliance: Meets VOC compliance standards with less than 350g/l, ensuring less impact on the environment.
  • Easy Application: Ready to use without dilution; can be applied with a manual sprayer, power sprayer, or paving train.

Tech Sheet
Safety Sheet

  • Surface Preparation: Should be applied to new concrete as soon as the surface water has disappeared and without damaging the concrete surface.
  • Application Rate: Apply uniformly at a coverage rate of 200 sq ft per gallon to avoid puddling.
  • Curing Properties: As the resin membrane dissipates, it leaves the concrete protected and highly resistant to moisture and damaging salts.

  • Available in 275-gallon totes, 55-gallon drums, and 5-gallon pails.

Shelf Life

  • Store in original tightly closed containers in a cool, dry location. Avoid prolonged exposure to heat in excess of 100°F. Shelf life is one year from the date of manufacture.
