E-Cure

E-Cure® is a cutting-edge, clear concrete curing compound that addresses compatibility issues with flooring adhesives. It is designed for spray application to cure, harden, and dustproof concrete, ensuring proper strength development. E-Cure® creates a temporary membrane to enhance the concrete’s durability and is compatible with ASTM C309 Type 1D, Class A & B standards for moisture retention on hard-troweled surfaces. It may also contribute to LEED credits.

  • Non-yellowing, Non-flammable/odorless/VOC Compliant
  • Cure membrane dissipates in 3 – 5 days
  • Resists acids, oils, greases, salts and tire marks
  • USDA accepted, Certified for use to cure potable water structures
  • Tested and certified to the performance requirements of NSF/ANSI 61
  • Independently adhesion tested compliant with thinset mortar and VCT by Tile Council of NA

Shelf Life

Shelf life of CRYSTAL REZ in the original tightly closed container is 1 year from the date of manufacture. Do not allow the accumulation of water, dirt or other contaminants. Do not allow to freeze.

Standards

• Formulated to comply with ASTM C309, Types 1 and 1D, Class A & B
• AASHTO M148, Type 1, Class A & B
• This product meets VOC contents for Concrete Curing Compounds with 98 g/l.

Apply E-Cure® after the final finishing and once bleed water has receded, using a sprayer, brush, or roller for application, with spraying yielding the best results. Application temperatures should range from 40°F to 90°F. To avoid residue or white crystals from over-application, immediate cleaning with water and a squeegee is recommended. Metal, glass, painted, and brick surfaces should be protected from E-Cure® contact.
