SpecSilane 20 WB 
20% solids water-based penetrating silane sealer
SpecSilane 20 WB is a 20% solids, 100% reactive, waterborne silane sealer. This clear, penetrating, breathable water repellent is designed for use on interior and exterior above grade concrete or masonry surfaces. SpecSilane 20 WB penetrates the surface and bonds directly with the substrate, which results in a surface that is highly resistant to both moisture and salt. SpecSilane 20 WB helps protect concrete and masonry surfaces, decks, pavements, parking structures, ramps, bridges, marine platforms etc. against the corrosive effects of de-icing salts, moisture and weathering to prevent spalling and deterioration of concrete structures. VOC compliant. Actual VOC = 20 g/l.

Application
SpecSilane 20 WB is used to protect concrete and masonry surfaces such as decks, pavements, parking structures, ramps, bridges, and marine platforms against corrosive effects from de-icing salts, moisture, and weathering to prevent spalling and deterioration.
New Concrete
- Surfaces should be well cured (minimum 28 days) and free from any curing residue, dust, debris, oil, and other contaminants. Ensure surfaces are absorptive to allow penetration of the sealer.
Old Concrete and Masonry
- Remove any previously applied sealers and contaminants with pressure washing and SpecChem Citrus Cleaner. Ensure the substrate is absorptive for effective penetration.
Packaging
- Available in 55-gallon drums and 5-gallon pails.
Shelf Life
- Store in sealed containers in a clean, dry area between 45-85°F. Keep from freezing. Shelf life is one year in unopened containers.

- Coverage Rate: Depends on surface porosity:
- Porous surfaces: 100-125 ft²/gal
- Broom finish: 100-150 ft²/gal
- Smooth concrete: 150-200 ft²/gal
