SpecStrip VOC 100
Low VOC premium reactive form release agent
SpecStrip VOC 100 is a highly refined, chemically active release agent designed to prevent concrete from bonding to forms and form liners. It meets the strict 2014 SCAQMD #1113 VOC requirements, with emissions of less than 100 grams per liter, making it an environmentally friendly choice for projects requiring low VOC materials.

Application
- Ensure form surfaces are clean of dirt, rust, scale, and concrete buildup before application.
- Apply using a spray with an atomizing or misting tip to ensure a thin, uniform film for optimal performance.

- Conditioned Aluminum: 2000 sq ft/gal
- HDO Plywood: 2000 sq ft/gal
- MDO Plywood: 1500 sq ft/gal
- Dimensional Lumber: 1000 sq ft/gal
- BB Grade Plywood: 1000 sq ft/gal
- Avoid over-application to prevent dusting. Remove excess material or puddles with a squeegee and absorbent rags.
Packaging
Available in 275-gallon totes, 55-gallon drums, and 5-gallon pails.
Shelf Life
Two years from the date of manufacture when stored in the original tightly closed containers.
Standards
- Meets and exceeds the 2014 SCAQMD Rule #1113 Method #304 for Form Release Compounds (<100 grams per liter).
- Complies with Corps of Engineers CEGS-03300, Section 10.8 Form Coating and Navy Dock and Pier 56359.
