Application

Surface Preparation

  • Ensure the concrete surface is clean, dry, and free of all stains, oil, grease, dirt, and incompatible coatings before application.

Application Instructions

  • Apply with a sprayer or roller in uniform thin films for optimal results. Only one coat is needed to seal, beautify, and protect, but for increased gloss, a second coat may be applied after the first has thoroughly dried, typically within 4 – 6 hours. Two thin coats are recommended over one heavy coat, especially on porous substrates.

Packaging

Available in 55 gallon drums and 5 gallon pails.

Shelf Life

Two years from the date of manufacture when stored in the original tightly closed containers. Prevent accumulation of water, dirt, or other contaminants.

Coverage

  • Concrete: 200 – 400 sq ft/gal
  • Exposed aggregate: 200 – 300 sq ft/gal
  • Brick, stucco, etc.: 200 – 300 sq ft/gal

Standards

  • Meets ASTM C1315-95, Type I Class A standards.
  • VOC Content: Less than 350 g/L, compliant with Federal AIM rule VOC requirements and VOC standards in OTC/LADCO/MRPO regions for concrete curing and sealing compounds.

Cleaning

Clean application equipment immediately with xylene or other approved solvents.
