Water-based siliconate sealer/densifier

SpecHard-Intraseal is a water-based silicate/siliconate sealer/densifier that significantly enhances the durability and appearance of concrete floors exposed to pedestrian and vehicle traffic. This proprietary, colorless blend of silicates and siliconates effectively penetrates concrete surfaces to seal, densify, and harden them, extending their lifespan and reducing maintenance costs. It is environmentally friendly, VOC compliant, and odorless, making it a safe choice for various applications. SpecHard-Intraseal is designed to resist dusting for years, offering a low sheen that beautifies the concrete surface without altering its non-slip texture.

Application

  • Coverage varies based on the finish and porosity of the concrete.
  • Recommended application temperature above 40°F (4°C) and rising.
  • Ensure the concrete surface is clean and dry for optimal penetration.
  • Apply using spray, squeegee, or broom based on concrete porosity, scrubbing with mechanical scrubbers for best results.
  • Keep the surface saturated with SpecHard-Intraseal for 20-30 minutes, applying a light water spray to enhance penetration.
  • For fresh concrete, apply after final troweling and bleeding to achieve optimum penetration.

Packaging

Available in 55-gallon drums and 5-gallon pails.

Shelf Life

Shelf life is 2 years if properly stored. Do not freeze.
