Epoxy Primer
SpecPoxy 1000
SpecPoxy 1000 is a two-component, low-viscosity, moisture-insensitive, high modulus, structural epoxy bonding adhesive and crack injection resin. SpecPoxy is 100% solids, solvent-free and low odor.
Pit Grout
Poly Fix®
Poly Fix® is a high-strength, two-component ultra-low viscosity hybrid polyurethane. Poly Fix® can be used as a pit grout and was developed to fill/ repair concrete floor surface imperfections such as air holes, pop-outs, surface pitting, scratches and gouges. It can also be blended with dry aggregate to produce a repair mortar for various concrete deficiencies.

SpecLevel PCT
SpecLevel PCT is a premium, cement-based, self-leveling, and polishable concrete topping designed to achieve an architectural “salt & pepper” finish when polished. Ideal for creating a dense, hard surface, SpecLevel PCT can be diamond polished in as little as 24 hours after application.
SpecLevel PCT-AGG
SpecLevel PCT-AGG is a premium, cement-based, self-leveling, and polishable concrete topping, uniquely pre-extended with special aggregates to achieve a “terrazzo-like” concrete finish. Engineered for ease of use and versatility, it delivers a dense, hard surface that can be diamond polished in just 24 hours, drying to a light concrete gray that beautifully accepts integral colors or stains.
SpecLevel PCT-Gray
SpecLevel PCT-Gray is a cement-based, self-leveling polishable concrete topping. It creates a consistent gray architectural finish when polished, offering a dense, hard surface ready for diamond polishing in as little as 24 hours.
Densifier
LithSeal SC
LithSeal SC is a premium lithium silicate sealer/ densifier/hardener for concrete surfaces. LithSeal SC deeply penetrates and reacts with cured concrete. Treated surfaces will remain breathable, reduce porosity, reduce dusting, reduce water permeability and increase abrasion resistance. When properly applied, LithSeal SC will not leave the whitish blush characteristic of other sodium silicate products.
Guards
All Shield EX
All Shield EX is an exempt solvent, low VOC, synthetic-modified, silane-siloxane concrete protectant. This clear, penetrating, breathable protectant is designed for use on interior/exterior, horizontal/vertical concrete, natural or synthetic stone surfaces to resist oil, water, food stains, and many other liquid contaminants. All Shield EX penetrates the surface and bonds directly with the substrate, which results in a surface that is highly resistant to moisture, staining and deicing salts.
SpecGuard
SpecGuard is a multi-component, water-based polymeric protectant that improves the appearance and durability of concrete floors. SpecGuard incorporates a cross-linking nano-technology which aids penetration and adhesion creating a tough, stain-resistant coating. SpecGuard also contains UV absorbers that enable it to protect colored or dyed concrete against UV degradation. SpecGuard can be used alone or in combination with reactive sealer such as SpecHard or LithSeal SC to give concrete floors a glossy finish, harder surface, and protective chemically resistant seal.
Control Joint Filler
Rapid Flex CJ
Rapid Flex CJ is a 100% solids, two-component, UV resistant, semi-rigid, rapid-curing, polyurea for filling control and construction joints in heavy duty industrial concrete floors. Rapid Flex CJ allows for joints to be shaved quickly for fast turnaround. Rapid Flex CJ has been designed for use in compliance with ACI 302, section 4.10 recommendations for joint fillers used in saw cut/control joints with a Shore A Durometer of 85. Rapid Flex CJ can also be used for the repair of damaged or spalled joint nosing and cracks. Rapid Flex CJ is available in 5 additional architectural colors.
