SpecLevel PCT-AGG is a premium, cement-based, self-leveling, and polishable concrete topping, uniquely pre-extended with special aggregates to achieve a natural architectural concrete finish. Engineered for ease of use and versatility, it delivers a dense, hard surface that can be diamond polished in just 24 hours, drying to a light concrete gray that beautifully accepts integral colors or stains.

Application
Application Guidelines:
- Follow ACI recommendations for surface preparation, ensuring a clean, profiled substrate of a minimum CSP #4.
- Prime surfaces with SpecPoxy 1000, applying a broadcast layer of dry sand to ensure a solid bond before applying SpecLevel PCT-AGG.
- Mix with 7.0-7.5 pints of water per 50-pound bag for optimal consistency, adjusting as needed without overwatering or retempering.
- Suitable for larger batch mixing and pump applications, ensuring a homogeneous mix.
Installation Tips:
- Can be applied using spreader tools or pumped for larger areas, with no troweling necessary to achieve level surfaces.
- Extended with 15 pounds of clean 3/8” pea gravel per 50 pounds of product for enhanced volume and finish options.
- Accepts foot traffic within 2-4 hours under typical conditions, with recommendations for cleated shoes during installation.
Shelf Life
Unopened bags have a shelf life of 12 months when stored in suitable conditions, away from excessive humidity and temperature fluctuations.
Test Data
- Achieves an initial set in 60 minutes with a final set by 100 minutes at 70°F.
- Compressive strength ranges from 4000 psi in 1 day to 7200 psi by 28 days, demonstrating excellent durability.
- Exhibits significant bond and flexural strength, ensuring a sturdy, lasting repair.
