SpecPoxy Grout LD
SpecPoxy Grout LD is a specially formulated, 100% solids, three-component epoxy grout designed for precision grouting in demanding environments. Its low-exotherm epoxy resin and engineered aggregate blend deliver excellent flow, deep-pour capabilities, and high compressive strength with minimal dust. SpecPoxy Grout LD is ideal for machinery bases, structural columns, anchor bolts, and other installations requiring superior load transfer and long-term durability.
- Special aggregate allows high flow capability for limited access grout placement without segregation
- Excellent volume stability for maximum bond and load transfer in applications subjected to dynamic loading.
- Low dust generation, ensuring safe and comfortable work conditions
- Fast-cure and high early strength for minimal down time
- High compressive, bond, and tensile strength for maximum durability in vibration applications
- Pre-measured proportions for easy installation
- High modulus of elasticity and impact resistance
- Superior abrasion/chemical resistance
- Low exotherm epoxy resin for deep pours up to 18”
