SpecPoxy Grout LD
SpecPoxy Grout LD is a specially formulated, 100% solids, three-component epoxy grout designed for precision grouting in demanding environments. Its low-exotherm epoxy resin and engineered aggregate blend deliver excellent flow, deep-pour capabilities, and high compressive strength with minimal dust. SpecPoxy Grout LD is ideal for machinery bases, structural columns, anchor bolts, and other installations requiring superior load transfer and long-term durability.
- Low Dust Formula – Promotes safer, more comfortable working conditions.
- Superior Flow & Placement – Specially graded aggregates provide high flow for hard-to-reach areas without segregation.
- Deep Pour Capability – Low exotherm resin supports single lifts up to 18 inches.
- Volume Stability – Excellent bond and load transfer minimize voids and settlement.
- Fast Cure, Early Strength – Reduces downtime for critical installations.
- Durability – High tensile, bond, and flexural strength with excellent chemical and abrasion resistance.
