SpecChem’s Mission Critical Flooring System is a coordinated concrete flooring solution designed specifically for data centers and other mission-critical environments. The system supports concrete performance from placement and curing through densification, joint treatment, repair, and long-term surface protection. By using products engineered to work in sequence, the system helps address the unique demands of mission-critical floors, including electrostatic buildup, surface dusting, heavy rolling loads, joint deterioration, and limited maintenance windows.

Intrafilm is applied during placement to lubricate the surface for more efficient finishing, reduce efflorescence, and enhance early slab durability and long-term strength development. It reduces bleeding and improves workability without compromising mix design.
E-Cure penetrates fresh concrete to form a temporary moisture-retaining membrane, ensuring proper cement hydration, strength development, and surface hardness. Non-yellowing, non-flammable, and odorless. USDA accepted and VOC compliant; suitable for occupied environments.
Cure Shield is a solvent-based blend of silane and pure acrylic copolymers engineered for simultaneous curing and sealing of fresh concrete. Provides additional protection to existing concrete. Includes water-based siliconate densifier properties. VOC-compliant and non-yellowing. Available in water-based formula.
SpecHard seals, densifies, and hardens the concrete matrix to eliminate surface dusting and significantly reduce long-term maintenance costs. The electrostatic-dissipative formula is critical for data center floor specifications. LEED v4 compliant. VOC compliant. Dust-proof, non-yellowing. Low sheen finish that beautifies the concrete surface.
LithSeal Lite penetrates deeper than conventional silicates to react with calcium hydroxide in cured concrete, producing calcium silicate hydrate that fills pores, improves abrasion resistance, and hardens the surface. Traffic-ready in one hour. Application range 40°F–100°F. USDA accepted.
SpecGuard is a cross-linking nano-technology protectant that improves surface appearance and durability. Provides 24-hour stain protection without buffing. Water-based and low-odor, safe for occupied or partially occupied data center construction phases. Does not require buffing for activation.
SC Precision Grout HS is a high-performance, non-shrink cementitious grout designed for precision grouting of heavy equipment foundations and other high-load applications. Its high early and ultimate compressive strength—reaching up to 9,450 psi in 24 hours—helps minimize equipment downtime and accelerate project schedules. Flowable and pumpable for efficient placement, with controlled positive expansion for effective load bearing and excellent freeze/thaw resistance.
Rapix Flex 90 is a 100% solids, two-component, UV-resistant semi-rigid polyurea engineered specifically for filling control joints in mission-critical slab environments. 1:1 pourable/pumpable ratio. Resists tearing due to repetitive dynamic movement from heavy rolling equipment loads. Superior moisture resistance.
Poly Fix is a two-component ultra-low viscosity hybrid polyurethane binder for penetrating hairline cracks, patching concrete spalls, and restoring structural integrity at control joints. 1:1 pourable/pumpable ratio. Cures in 10 minutes. Structurally restores concrete surfaces, minimizing data center downtime during remediation.

IntraFilm is an advanced colloidal silica concrete finishing aid that enhances the finishing process of concrete surfaces and extends workability under challenging conditions such as extreme temperatures, wind, or low humidity. IntraFilm is engineered to facilitate a smoother, more efficient finishing process, and to improve the durability and lower the maintenance needs of concrete slabs by reacting during the concrete’s hydration phase.
E-Cure® is a cutting-edge, clear concrete curing compound that addresses compatibility issues with flooring adhesives. It is designed for spray application to cure, harden, and dustproof concrete, ensuring proper strength development. E-Cure® creates a temporary membrane to enhance the concrete’s durability and is compatible with ASTM C309 Type 1D, Class A & B standards for moisture retention on hard-troweled surfaces. It may also contribute to LEED credits.
Cure Shield is a solvent-based blend of silane and pure acrylic copolymers designed to cure, seal, harden, and dustproof freshly placed concrete while providing additional protection to existing concrete surfaces. It offers a non-yellowing, clear film that effectively cures and protects concrete, enhancing its resistance to spalling and deterioration caused by de-icing salts. Cure Shield is unique in its ability to be applied to fresh concrete and meets ASTM C309 and 1315 curing standards.
SpecHard-Intraseal is a water-based silicate/siliconate sealer/densifier that significantly enhances the durability and appearance of concrete floors exposed to pedestrian and vehicle traffic. This proprietary, colorless blend of silicates and siliconates effectively penetrates concrete surfaces to seal, densify, and harden them, extending their lifespan and reducing maintenance costs. It is environmentally friendly, VOC compliant, and odorless, making it a safe choice for various applications. SpecHard-Intraseal is designed to resist dusting for years, offering a low sheen that beautifies the concrete surface without altering its non-slip texture.
LithSeal Lite is an economical lithium-silicate sealer/ densifier/ hardener for concrete surfaces. LithSeal Lite deeply penetrates and reacts with cured concrete. This reaction produces a calcium silicate hydrate within the concrete pore. Treated surfaces will remain breathable, reduce porosity, reduce dusting, reduce water permeability and increase abrasion resistance. When properly applied, LithSeal Lite will not leave the whitish blush characteristic of other sodium silicate products. LithSeal Like is USDA Accepted and recommended for ACI 302. Class 1 through 5 concrete floors, and class 9 super flat floors.
SpecGuard is a multi-component, water-based polymeric protectant designed to enhance the appearance and durability of concrete floors. This high gloss concrete protectant and polish utilize cross-linking nanotechnology for superior penetration and adhesion, resulting in a tough, stain-resistant coating that includes UV absorbers to protect colored or dyed concrete from UV degradation.
SC Precision Grout HS is a high-performance, non-metallic, cementitious grout that achieves high early and ultimate compressive strength. It is specifically designed for high strength precision grouting applications including compressors, heavy equipment foundations, and tank bases. This grout mixes into a flowable, pumpable consistency and provides effective load bearing.
Rapid Flex 90 is a high-performance, industrial-grade, 100% solids, two-component, UV-resistant, semi-rigid, rapid-curing polyurea designed specifically for filling control and construction joints in heavy-duty industrial concrete floors. This product facilitates quick shaving for rapid turnaround times and adheres to ACI 302, section 4.10 guidelines, boasting a Shore A Durometer of 90. It’s also suitable for repairing damaged joint nosing and filling random cracks. For aesthetic flexibility, Rapid Flex 90 is available in four additional architectural colors.
Poly Fix® is a high strength, two-component ultra low viscosity hybrid polyurethane concrete repair binder. Poly Fix® can be used to penetrate hairline cracks or mixed with dry sand to patch/ repair concrete spalls or control joints. Poly Fix®’s water-like consistency also makes it an excellent crack healer/sealer for deteriorated concrete surfaces.
