SpecChem Total Tilt Solution is a complete product approach designed to support concrete performance from placement, curing, densifying, finishing, joint treatment, and repair. By combining proven technologies at each stage of the process, this system helps contractors achieve higher-quality finishes, improved durability, and more efficient project execution.
This system enables you to:
Protect fresh concrete from rapid moisture loss during placement and finishing.
Improve workability and surface finishing for a tighter, more refined slab.
Densify the concrete surface for increased hardness, abrasion resistance, and long-term durability.
Cure new concrete effectively while also providing bondbreaking performance for tilt-up construction when required.
Repair and refine vertical concrete surfaces for a cleaner finished appearance.
Fill and protect control joints to support slab performance and reduce edge deterioration.
SpecFilm is used as an evaporation retardant to help reduce rapid surface moisture loss during placement and finishing. This is especially beneficial in challenging environmental conditions such as wind, heat, or low humidity, helping maintain surface workability and reducing the potential for premature drying-related issues.
IntraFilm serves as a finishing aid, improving finishing and workability of concrete while helping to support proper hydration at the concrete surface. It contributes to a denser, more refined surface cap and can enhance the overall quality of the finished slab.
E-Cure functions as the system’s curing compound, helping concrete retain the moisture needed for proper curing and strength development.
LithSeal Lite acts as the system’s densifier, penetrating the concrete surface and reacting within the slab to strengthen and densify the concrete matrix. This improves surface hardness, abrasion resistance, and long-term wear performance.
In tilt-up applications, a Bond breaker, like SpecTilt WB, should be incorporated to provide a clean, easy lift of tilt-up panels off of casting slabs.
Final Finish is used as a wall patch to repair surface imperfections and create a smoother, more uniform appearance on vertical concrete surfaces. It is ideal for addressing bugholes, minor voids, and cosmetic blemishes in cast-in-place or precast concrete.
Specpoxy 2000 is a high-strength epoxy repair material designed for filling and repairing brace bolt holes and other surface defects in warehouse floors and slab-on-grade applications. It provides a durable, long-lasting repair that restores surface integrity and supports heavy-use environments.
Orange Peel or Berry Clean are cleaning solutions used to remove adhesives and construction residue from concrete floors after tilt-up panel erection. It helps prepare the slab for final use by leaving a clean, residue-free surface.
Rapid Flex is used to fill control joints, helping protect joint edges and support long-term slab serviceability. Its flexible performance makes it well-suited for joints where durability and movement accommodation are important.

Ideal applications include industrial floors, commercial slabs, tilt-up construction, warehouses, distribution centers, parking structures, residential flatwork, and cast-in-place or precast wall systems

SpecFilm is a ready-to-use evaporation retardant on concrete flatwork of all types. When sprayed over fresh concrete, SpecFilm forms a thin, continuous film that prevents rapid moisture loss from the concrete surface. SpecFilm is especially effective when concreting operations must be performed in direct sun, wind, high temperatures, or low relative humidity.

IntraFilm is an advanced colloidal silica concrete finishing aid that enhances the finishing process of concrete surfaces and extends workability under challenging conditions such as extreme temperatures, wind, or low humidity. IntraFilm is engineered to facilitate a smoother, more efficient finishing process, and to improve the durability and lower the maintenance needs of concrete slabs by reacting during the concrete’s hydration phase.

LithSeal Lite is an economical lithium-silicate sealer/ densifier/ hardener for concrete surfaces that deeply penetrates and reacts with cured concrete. This reaction produces a calcium silicate hydrate within the concrete pore. Treated surfaces will remain breathable, reduce porosity, reduce dusting, reduce water permeability and increase abrasion resistance. When properly applied, LithSeal Lite will not leave the whitish blush characteristic of other sodium silicate products

E-Cure® is a cutting-edge, clear concrete curing compound that addresses compatibility issues with flooring adhesives. It is designed for spray application to cure, harden, and dustproof concrete, ensuring proper strength development .E-Cure® meets the moisture retention of ASTM C309 Type 1D, Class A & B on hard-troweled concrete surfaces.

SpecTilt WB is a chemically reactive water based tilt-up cure/bond breaker specially engineered to provide a clean, easy lift of tilt-up panels and meet the moisture retention of ASTM C309. SpecTilt WB contains no diesel, kerosene, waxes or silicones.

Final Finish is a one-component, rapid-hardening, polymer-modified, concrete resurfacing mortar, designed for smoothing, resurfacing, rubbing, and restoring concrete surfaces. Final Finish combines a long pot life with rapid hardening to minimize waste and labor. It contains no crystalline silica, making it ideal for ultra-fine repairs. Final Finish is highly durable and suitable for all interior and exterior applications on horizontal, vertical, and overhead surfaces.

SpecPoxy 2000 is a two-component, multi-purpose, high-modulus, moisture-tolerant epoxy bonding adhesive that meets ASTM C881 requirements for Types I, II, IV & V, grade 2, classes B&C. This medium-viscosity, 100% solids, solvent-free adhesive is designed for a range of uses, including bonding fresh concrete to hardened concrete, anchoring bolts, dowels, and reinforcing steel, and gravity filling cracks in concrete.

Berry Clean & Orange Peel are effective, cost-efficient cleaners and degreasers. They are designed to remove grease, grime, various types of carpet and tile adhesives, and other contaminants from architectural concrete and other surfaces. They also efficiently eliminates acrylic and resin concrete curing compounds from concrete surfaces.

Rapid Flex 90 is an industrial, high durometer, 100% solids, two-component, UV-resistant, semi-rigid, rapid-curing, polyurea for filling control and construction joints in heavy-duty industrial concrete floors. Rapid Flex 90 allows for joints to be shaved quickly for fast turnaround. Rapid Flex 90 has been designed for use in compliance with ACI 302, section 4.10 recommendations for joint fillers used in saw cut/control joints with a Shore A Durometer of 90.
